Summary

The Mid-Atlantic Access Area is closed to all Limited Access General Category (LAGC) Individual Fishing Quota (IFQ) scallop vessels effective 0001 hours on July 19, 2020, and will remain closed for the remainder of the 2020 fishing year.

Regulations require this action once it is projected that 100 percent of the trip allocated to the LAGC IFQ fishery will be harvested.

Effective 0001 hr local time July 19, 2020 through March 31, 2021.
