Status Review of the Ribbon Seal - Listing Not Warranted

Notice that NOAA Fisheries has completed a comprehensive status review of the ribbon seal under the Endangered Species Act and has determined that listing the ribbon seal as threatened or endangered under the ESA is not warranted at this time. NOAA Fisheries also announces the availability of the ribbon seal status review report. This listing determination was made on July 10, 2013.
