Framework Action 4 under the St. Croix and St. Thomas and St. John Fishery Management Plans

Framework Action 4 would update management reference points for spiny lobster under the St. Croix Fishery Management Plan and the St. Thomas and St. John Fishery Management Plan to account for the SEDAR 91 spiny lobster stock assessments.

Under the proposed action, the annual catch limits for spiny lobster would be updated as follows:

• The annual catch limit for spiny lobster in St. Croix would be 176,760 pounds whole weight.
• The annual catch limit for spiny lobster in St. Thomas and St. John would be 132,964 pounds whole weight.
