Summary

Framework 40 establishes scallop specifications and other measures for fishing years 2026 and 2027, including changes to the catch, effort, and quota allocations and adjustments to the rotational area management program for fishing year 2026, and default specifications for fishing year 2027, as recommended by the New England Fishery Management Council.
