NOAA Fisheries has issued two consecutive incidental harassment authorizations (IHAs) to Tradepoint TiL Terminals, LLC (TTT) for authorization to take marine mammals incidental to the Sparrows Point Container Terminal Project in Baltimore County, Maryland.
