Marine Conservation Plan for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands

NOAA Fisheries announces approval of a Marine Conservation Plan (MCP) for the Pacific Insular Area for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. This agency decision is effective from December 8, 2023, through August 3, 2026. This MCP supersedes the one approved for the period August 4, 2023, through August 3, 2026 (88 FR 39831, June 20, 2023).
