Effective at 12 noon, Alaska local time, July 11, 2007, according to Robert D. Mecum, Acting Administrator, Alaska Region, NMFS.
This action is necessary to limit incidental catch of rougheye rockfish and prevent exceeding the 2007 overfishing limit of rougheye rockfish in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands and is issued pursuant to 50 CFR 679.20(d)(3)(ii).
