This information bulletin serves as authority for those persons wishing to fax an appeal of an Initial Administrative Determination (IAD) issued by the Restricted Access Management Program (RAM).
Persons who are appealing an IAD issued by RAM are reminded that an appeal may be filed by mail, by delivery, or by fax, according to James W. Balsiger, Administrator, Alaska Region.
