The 2013 initial total allowable catch specified for Bering Sea Greenland turbot and Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands (BSAI) Alaska plaice, and total allowable catch for BSAI sculpins, and BSAI skates in the BSAI management area has been supplemented by amounts of the reserve according to James W. Balsiger, Administrator, Alaska Region, NMFS. This action is being taken in accordance with 50 CFR 679.20(b)(3).
