The 2016 initial total allowable catch and total allowable catch of Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands (BSAI) Kamchatka flounder, BSAI northern rockfish, BSAI “other flatfish”, BSAI sculpins, BSAI skates, and BS Pacific ocean perch in the BSAI management area have been supplemented by amounts of the reserve according to James W. Balsiger, Administrator, NOAA Fisheries Alaska Region. This action is being taken in accordance with 50 CFR 679.20(b)(3).
