Inseason Action #3 - #5 in Ocean Salmon Fisheries, North of Cape Falcon (Commercial)

NOAA Fisheries has taken inseason action in the commercial salmon fishery north of Cape Falcon.

Inseason Action #3

  • Effective Thursday, June 4 at 12:01 AM, the landing and possession limit for the area between the U.S./Canada border and Cape Falcon is 50 Chinook salmon per vessel per landing week (Thursday through Wednesday).

Inseason Action #4

  • Effective Tuesday, June 9 at 11:59 PM, the commercial troll fishery in the area between the U.S./Canada border and Cape Falcon is closed.

Inseason Action #5

  • Effective Friday, June 12 at 12:01 AM, the commercial troll fishery in the area between the U.S./Canada border and Cape Falcon is open Fridays through Tuesdays only, closed Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a landing and possession limit of 50 Chinook salmon per vessel per open period.
