Permanent Advisory Committee Recommendations to U.S. Commissioners to the 22nd Regular Session of the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission

The October meeting of the Permanent Advisory Committee (PAC), intended to advise the U.S. Commissioners in preparation of the December 2025 Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission meeting (WCPFC22), was canceled due to a lapse in federal appropriations. 

Alternatively, PAC members submitted the following written recommendations to the U.S. Commissioners. The Commissioners will consider the recommendations in formulating U.S. positions on issues to be discussed at WCPFC22.
