Professional History
Jim has been part of the Oceans and Climate Branch since 1987. He works with fishermen to collect basic physical oceanographic data throughout New England's coastal waters for the purposes of validating local numerical circulation models. His primary interest is in developing low-cost solutions to long-term monitoring and ocean observing systems.
