Keeley Belva
Communications Manager
Keeley Belva is the communications manager for NOAA's Office of Marine and Aviation Operations marine communications. She has been working in ocean communications for nearly 20 years—most of that with NOAA. Keeley grew up in Colorado, lived for almost 10 years in Honolulu, moved to Washington, DC and then to the other Washington. In Hawaii she worked for the Office of National Marine Sanctuaries and, most recently for NOAA Communications for the Ocean Service in Silver Spring, Maryland.
