LTJG Andrew Fullerton

LTJG Andrew Fullerton is the Operations Manager for the Marine Mammal and Turtle Division at the NOAA's Southeast Fisheries Science Center in Miami, Florida. In this role he primarily focuses on administrative tasks, operational efficiency, budget management, and purchase organization. After commissioning in the NOAA Corps in 2017, he served as the Navigation Officer, Safety Officer, and Acting Operations Officer on board the NOAA Ship Oregon II in Pascagoula, Mississippi. LTJG Fullerton is currently working on his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Florida and received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Colby College.
