Megan Mackey

Megan Mackey has a J.D. with an emphasis in natural resources law from Lewis & Clark Law School and she works on issues including Essential Fish Habitat FMP amendments, rulemaking for Ecosystem Component species and other issues, Exempted Fishing Permits, Prohibited Species Donation permitting, Scientific Research Permits, the Bycatch Reduction Engineering Program, and salmon bycatch reporting.
