Apply now to the NOAA Fisheries IN FISH summer internship program for undergraduates!
This 10-week summer program offers college students the opportunity to gain valuable research experience in the fields of fisheries biology, marine and environmental resource management, and outreach and education. In addition to college credit and a $6,000 stipend, participants will also benefit from career building workshops, networking training, and professional development.
Applications are due on February 3, 2025, and the acceptances will be announced in mid-March. The residential program runs from June 2 through August 8.
All undergraduate students who are enrolled in an undergraduate program during the application period and are U.S. citizens or U.S Nationals are eligible to apply and participate. African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, Alaska Natives, Pacific Islanders, LGBTQ+, persons with disabilities, veterans, first-generation college students, and economically disadvantaged students are strongly encouraged to apply.
