Transboundary Resource Assessment Committee: Peer Review Meeting
The Transboundary Resource Assessment Committee (TRAC) is meeting to assess Eastern Georges Bank cod and Georges Bank yellowtail flounder.
The Transboundary Resource Assessment Committee (TRAC) supports management activities for shared resources across the U.S.-Canada boundary in the Gulf of Maine and Georges Bank region.
TRAC will consider the assessment for Georges Bank yellowtail flounder, an update for allocation shares, an update of biological and fishery indicators for Eastern Georges Bank Atlantic cod, and a report on progress of using the data limited methods tool (DLMtool) advice for Atlantic cod.
Haddock is currently being assessed through the Research Track but will undergo further peer review through the TRAC sometime in the fall 2021. Details about the haddock research track peer review meeting can be found here.
