WCPFC Permanent Advisory Committee Meeting

UPDATE: The October 2025 meeting was cancelled due to the lapse in federal appropriations. Alternatively, PAC members submitted written recommendations.

NOAA Fisheries will hold a virtual meeting of the Permanent Advisory Committee (PAC) from October 6–8, 2025. The purpose of the meeting is to advise the U.S. Commissioners to the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission (WCPFC). Meeting topics may include: 

1. PAC Chair and Vice Chair Elections
2. 2025 U.S. Objectives for the 22nd Regular Session of the Commission
3. 2025 WCPFC Subsidiary Body Meetings
4. Opportunity for the U.S. Participating Territories (American Samoa, Guam, and CNMI) to present their priority issues to the U.S. Commissioners
