      <abstract>The debriefed length table was created as a successor to the debriefed length materialized view.  The table is a bridge object between the Domestic data (pre 2008) and the ATL data (2008 onwards)  As such, refinements to the structure and statistical reliability realized in the redevelopment of Norpac are lost.  The use of this table is primarily for status of stocks authors who require a longitudinal view of observer data.</abstract>
