The Vessel Arrival Info is a spreadsheet that gets filled out during the initial stage of the debriefing process by the debriefer. It contains vessel name, trip number, trip dates, number of sets, set number, set date and logbook page number per set. The completed Vessel Arrival Info is emailed to the logbook POC for verification.
* Purpose

The purpose of the Vessel Arrival Info spreadsheet is to ensure that there is a match between the logbook data the observer collected and the logbook data the captain submitted to the logbook POC.
