Data are currently archived at the Pacific Islands Fisheries Science Center (PIFSC) and Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO)

Data are backed up to multiple hard drives and stored in secure locations at PIFSC and SIO.

Lineage

Lineage Statement:

The HARP dataloggers are moored to the sea bottom and remain there for an extended period of time (e.g., 6 mos. to 1 yr.). Passive acoustic data are collected by a single omni-directional hydrophone and recorded on hard drives as (.hrp) . After the data loggers are retrieved the acoustic data are converted to .wav files.
