Bennett, Joshua
The correction factor calculation was calculated on an annual basis over the entire island from 1983-2002, and on an annual basis by coast from 2003-present. Though the calculations were made on these basis, they are being applied to detailed data. Improvements in survey methods and non-compliance with reporting are currently under review.
