Allowed Values Report-Initial: An initial description of the incident, written soon after the response to the incident has been initiated. Because initial reports generally are edited or corrected later if new information contradicts their contents, readers interested in obtained as accurate a description of an incident as possible should read the Final Report and/or Incident Case History for that incident. | Report-Situation: Situation reports are filed by NOAA responders at regular intervals during the course of an incident response to update other responders ( during responses to significant incidents, morning and evening reports are typically files each day). Because situation reports generally are not edited or corrected later if new information contradicts their contents, readers interested in obtaining as accurate a description of an incident as possible should read the Final and/or Incident Case History for that event. | Report - POLREP: A Pollution Report for the incident, filed by the U.S. Coast Guard. | Report - Trajectory: Text description of the predicted trajectory of the spilled oil or other hazardous material. | Report - Technical: Contains background information, such as a discussion of resources at risk (RAR) or a description of the physical properties of the spilled material. Filed by NOAA responders or colleagues during the course of an incident response, and used for planning response actions. | Report - Weather: A weather forecast report. Weather reports are filed by NOAA responders at regular intervals during the course of an incident response, and are used for planning response actions. | Report - Tides/Currents: A text description of tides, currents, and/or river conditions. | Map - Overflight: Report with a link to an overflight map depicting observations made during overflights of an oil slick or other area where a hazardous material has spilled. | Map - SCAT: Report containing a link to a Shoreline Cleanup Assessment Team (SCAT) survey map. Such maps depict areas contaminated by spilled oil or hazardous material. | Map -Trajectory: Report with link to a map depicting the predicted trajectory of the spilled oil or other hazardous material. |
