The hydro polylines (HYDROL) are created by aggregating all the ESIL lines attributed with a LINE value other than ‘S’, and/or are lines that do not represent the perimeter of a polygon. Inland lines reflect rivers or streams, and are attributed with LINE = ‘H’, however lines attributed with ‘H’ that form the
boundary of an inland lake, should not be included. Offshore lines may represent docks, jetties, piers, etc.
