The source imagery was acquired from 20190413 - 20191208 using two camera systems: Vexcel UltraCam Falcon M2 and Vexcel UltraCam LP. The original images were acquired at a 25cm Ground Sample Distance to support the final ortho-rectified mosaic.
<purpose>Ortho-rectified mosaic tiles are an ancillary product of NOAA's Coastal Mapping Program (CMP), created through a wider Integrated Ocean and Coastal Mapping initiative to increase support for multiple uses of the data.</purpose>
<supplemental-information>The ground sample distance (GSD) for each pixel is 0.25 m. The imagery was tide coordinated at 25% of MLLW tide at the time of acquisition.</supplemental-information>

<horizontal-positional-accuracy>The horizontal positional accuracy and the assurance of that accuracy are dependent upon the accuracy of the data inputs to the rectification process. These data inputs include the digital elevation model (DEM), accuracy of control, and methodology used to georeference the imagery that meet NOAA's Coastal Mapping Program standards.

The accuracy of the St. Thomas data is plus or minus 0.750 m at at the 95% circular error confidence level.

The accuracy of the St. Croix data is plus or minus 0.702 m at at the 95% circular error confidence level.
