National Observer Program Annual Reports
The National Observer Program shares information about regional observer program activities and budgets through a series of annual reports.
Each fiscal year (FY), the National Observer Program (NOP) publishes an annual report describing the activities of the various U.S. regional observer programs, along with related metrics including funding amounts, number of observers, fishing days monitored by observers, and fisheries monitored by observers.
