Richard Powell

Richard Powell joined the Northeast's Ecosystems Surveys Branch as an Electronics Engineer. His work focuses on the maintenance and development of the HabCam system. Richard is a U.S. Air Force veteran with a wide range of expertise in electronics engineering. He moved to Cape Cod from Arizona, where he worked as a computer scientist for the U.S. Army. He has a B.S. in Electronic Engineering Technology from Grantham University.
