This action may affect bowhead whales, ringed seals, and bearded seals.
This opinion considers all effects of the proposed action with a focus on oil and gas activities, including exploration, development, production, and transportation of oil and gas in and from the NPR-A and/or Coastal Plain, through well closure and site restoration.
