This document describes the alternatives considered in detail to end bottomfish overfishing in the Western Pacific region, identifies the impacts associated with each alternative, and describes current data gaps and areas requiring coordination with the State of Hawaii. Additionally, the document identifies the management action proposed by the Western Pacific Regional Fishery Management Council for review and implementation by NOAA Fisheries. This document includes a Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement, a Regulatory Impact Review, and an Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis.
