The Magnuson–Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (2007) is the primary law that governs marine fisheries management in U.S. federal waters.

This version is the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act that was reauthorized in 2007. It does not reflect any amendments to the act since then.
