Analysis of a regulatory amendment to streamline the review and approval processes of quota transfers, eligible vessels, and alternative fishing plans for the Western Alaska Community Development Quota (CDQ) Program.

This Regulatory Impact Review/Final Regulatory Flexibility Analysis (RIR/FRFA) evaluates the economic costs and benefits, as well as the impacts on regulated small entities, of a regulatory amendment to streamline the review and approval processes of quota transfers, eligible vessels, and alternative fishing plans for the Western Alaska Community Development Quota (CDQ) Program. This RIR/FRFA addresses the requirements of Presidential Executive Order (E.O.) 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
