This Review/Analysis evaluates the economic costs and benefitsĀ of a regulatory amendment. This amendment would streamline the review and approval processes of quota transfers, eligible vessels, and alternative fishing plans for the Western Alaska Community Development Quota Program. Impacts on regulated small entities are also evaluated.

This Review/Analysis addresses the requirements of Presidential Executive Order (E.O.) 12866 and the Regulatory Flexibility Act.
