Final Environmental Impact Statement for 1) reducing the adverse effects of interactions with seabirds from vessels authorized to fish under Hawaiʻi longline limited entry permits and 2) enhanced monitoring of the United States squid jigging fisheries, including a nascent high seas industrial-scale fishery and several coastal small-boat fisheries in Hawaiʻi.
