Interim Final Rule Implementing 2023-2025 Atlantic Herring Fishery Specifications

NOAA Fisheries is implementing herring fishery specifications for 2023-2025, effective March 23, 2023. This action also makes several additional revisions to herring regulations.

Industry-funded monitoring program coverage will not be assigned to herring vessels. Effective April 1, 2023.
