Amendment 58B: Modifications to Deep-water Grouper Management Measures
For the Deep-water Grouper (DWG) complex, this amendment would revise status determination criteria, revise catch limits, set a recreational ACL, revise sector allocations, and establish recreational accountability measures .

Amendment 62: Gulf Red Grouper Management Measures
Amendment 62 would revise the red grouper OFL, ABC, sector allocations, total and sector ACLs and ACTs. In addition, it would eliminate the shallow-water grouper February-March recreational closure in federal waters seaward of the 20-fathom boundary.

Framework 14: Modifications to Spanish Mackerel Catch Limits in the Gulf of America

Framework Action under the Fishery Management Plan for the Shrimp Fishery in the Gulf, U.S. Waters; Shrimp Vessel Position Data Collection
The framework action would implement a cellular electronic logbook program (cELB) requirement for the Gulf shrimp fishery that provides archived position data to NMFS when on a shrimp fishing trip.

Modifications to Size Limit for Gulf Lane Snapper

Emergency Rule to Increase Catch Limits for Gulf of America Red Grouper
This action would temporarily increase Gulf red grouper catch limits while an amendment to change these catch limits is being developed by the Gulf Council. The Emergency Rule would be in effect from implementation until the end of the 2025 fishing year.
