Abstract:

The Quarterly, Bi-annual and Annual Reports are periodic reports issued for public release. For the deep set fishery these reports are issued quarterly and anually. For the shallow set fishery these reports are issued quarterly or semi-anually, and anually.
Purpose:

The purpose for the Quarterly, Bi-annual and Annual Reports is to ensure prompt dissemination of summarized data such as total vessel departures, total departures with observers, observer coverage and protected species interactions.

Operations Coordinator generates reports in Word every quarter and annually with assistance of observer program staff and emails to a designated email list. Word documents are converted to pdf format and posted online for public access.
