Purpose:	The purpose of this data collection effort was to gain a better understanding of retail (consumer) markets in Hawaii. Time series data at the consumer level could support research into price transmission within the Hawaii seafood market. Additionally, having a record of retail pricing and market observations provides valuable insights into the market responses of management actions. There is a record of consumer-level prices for fish in Hawaii between 2007-2011 so this research will provide a comparative time series to this baseline understanding of the retail market sector.
