Value of 1 indicates it is within a coastal county value of 0 indicates it is not. |

This index number represents a measure of population composition in the community, as indicated by a factor analysis applied to four U.S. census variables for this community: percentage of community residents that identify as "white alone" in questions about racial identity, percentage of female headed households in the community, percentage of community residents with no diplom, and percentage of residents in poverty in the community. |

This index number represents a measure of poverty in the community, as indicated by a factor analysis applied to four U.S. census variables for this community: percentage of community residents that receive income assistance, percentage of families below the poverty level in teh community, percentage of community residents over 65 years old who are in poverty, and percentage of community residents under 18 years old in the community. |
