Price / lb. | Number | To calculate quota pound prices we use only transfers that were described as cash sales and included only one species. We use only transactions where the total value of the transfer was greater than zero. We exclude transfers where the price is exactly one cent. To filter out values that appear to be errors when calculating current year prices, we exclude all transfers for which the value per pound is more than double the maximum or less than half the minimum of observed prices in prior years. Prices are shown only if there are at least two unique buyers and two unique sellers represented. Prices are rounded to the nearest cent/lb. thus prices less than $0.005 are reported as $0.00.
