Summary

Abstract

The name of each file consists of a geomorphology metric and a number (0, 30, 50, or 100), corresponding to the radius (in meters) of the spatial averaging buffer (i.e., four different spatial scales) used to generate the metric. The Geomorphology metrics include the following: aspect, convexity, profile curvature, rugosity, slope, and surface area.

Description

Each file includes site-specific geomorphology metric data and fish survey data reported as biomass (grams per meter sq) of all fish, piscivores, planktivores, primary consumers, secondary consumers, parrotfishes, as well as for three different size classes (0-20cm, 20-50cm, and >50cm). Site-specific field data such as date of survey and depth are also included.
