numeric 		the latitude, in decimal degrees, of the location estimate

ArgosQuality
integer 		ranked alphanumeric code (3, 2, 1, 0, A, B) identifying uncertainty in the location estimate. Quality codes 3, 2, 1, and 0 indicate that the location was obtained with 4 or more messages and an estimate of location uncertainty was possible. Generally, quality code 3 has an error of less than 150m, quality code 2 has an error of 150–350m, quality code 1 has an error of 350–1000m, and quality code 0 has an error greater than 1000m. Code A indicates that the location was obtained with 3 messages and Code B indicates that the location was obtained with 2 messages. An estimate of location uncertainty is not provided for codes A and B.
