STATION_ALPHA_ID
VARCHAR2 |
Identification code for stations that qualitatively describes the station and distance to shore. The first character is either "W" or "L" denoting is station was on the wind ward or leeward side of O'ahu. The second one or two numbers denotes the ship's distance from shore in nautical miles. The next letter is either "D' or "N" denoting if the sample was collected during the day or night. Finally, the last number indicates if the station was the first or second replicate for that particular side, distance from shore and time of day. |

Qualitative measure of dorsal spine presence on uku specimen. 0 denotes no spine present, 1 denotes yes, spine is present but too small to see serrations, 2 denotes yes spine is present and serrations were visible, blank/NA denotes that the larva was processed before spine size was considered). |

This only applies to replicate one samples from TC8604 and both replicate one and two samples from TC8504. ALS had the counts of uku which had been identified from RB008AA1_V and went back through these samples to locate and measure the lengths of the previously identified uku. |
