| Description: |
The SeaBat 8150 is a 12 and/or 24 kHz Full Ocean Depth Multibeam Echosounder System that measures bottom depth across up to a 150 degree swath perpendicular to a vessel’s track. The swath consists of up to 234 beams and operates in depths ranging from 50 to 12,800 meters based on transmit frequency. The SeaBat 8150, first produced in the early 2000's, has been superseded by the SeaBat 7150. |
