Description

Commerical catch and effort data collection programs. The commercial data collection program is mandatory, trip-based system with all fisherman and dealers required to report standardized data elements. All minimum standard data elements listed in table 1 of the (FPDD) must be collected by all partners conducting commercial data collection programs.
