VARCHAR2 		The fishing zone in which sample was taken: 0 = inside coastal boundary (NEMFIS only); 1 = within 3 miles of continental U.S.; 2 = between 3 and 12 miles off the continental U.S.; 3 = more than 12 miles off continental U.S.; 4 = off foreign shores or in international waters. blank/null=Unknown.
