VARCHAR2 		The 2 digit numeric state code for the port of landing: 07=CT; 08=DE; 22=ME; 23=MD; 24=MA; 32=NH; 33=NJ; 35=NY; 36=NC; 42=RI; 49=VA.
FIPS_PLACE_CODE
VARCHAR2 		The 5 digit numeric code for a specific place (eg. Port, town, county, etc). Place code is unique in combination with the FIPS_STATE_CODE and FIPS_COUNTY_CODE
FIPS_COUNTY_CODE
VARCHAR2 		The last 2 digits of the port code, indicating the county, or, in a few cases, the city in which a port is geographically located.
PORT
VARCHAR2 		A combined code for state, port and county. The port in which the vessel landed the catch.
PORT_NAME
VARCHAR2 		The name of the fishing port.
STATE_POSTAL
VARCHAR2 		The 2 character alpha state code (CT, DE, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, RI, VA).
COUNTY_NAME
VARCHAR2 		Name of county., ex.ESSEX.
