Title:	sea turtle stranding by zone report

Abstract:	Turtle stranding summary report for each Year state combination, totals of each species by week and summary totals by week and species.
Purpose:	To display the weekly turtle stranding totals based upon specified criteria
Notes:	This entity is define as type Report. Rather than as a data table because there is information critical to understanding the report that is not contained in the column definitions. In the Data Attributes Area of the metadata Columns in the report are defined as type numeric or type character. Their meaning is explained at the attribute level. Other Areas in the report like the Title Area, Parameters Area and Totals Area are defined as type text and how the text is built is described at the attribute level. .
