Abstract:	Data table contains basic biological information and specific (by stomach and prey item) of diet information of blacktip sharks in Florida. These sharks were used to examine foraging ecology, bioenergetics, and trophic level.
Purpose:	To investigate the foraging ecology of early life stages of blacktip sharks in Florida, to determine levels of resource overlap. 1. describe and quantify the diet of the shark species-life stage, 2 calculate diet overlap for shark species-life stage combinations, 3 calculate habitat overlap for shark species-life stage combinations using fishery-independent catch data, 4 examine prey size-predator size relationships for the shark species.
