Purpose:

The scope of this work includes scanning and georeferencing of 2,896 individual false color infrared diapositive images in standard 9"x9" frame size. The images were acquired in 1977, by the former South Carolina Coastal Council, now the SCDHEC - Division of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management(SCDHEC - OCRM). All work is done in accordance to the specifications and standards outlined by The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) Contract No. 4600320149. This data set was created and delivered by Aerial Services, Inc. under The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) Contract No. 4600320149. The SCDHEC supplied all aerial photography to Aerial Services, Inc. for scanning to digital format and georeferencing.
