Summary

Description

Ecopath requires three of four data inputs to develop a mass-balanced model: (1) biomass, (2) production/biomass ratio, (3) consumption/biomass ratio, and (4) ecotrophic efficiency. The missing parameters will be estimated so that mass balance is achieved. This table provides the basic estimated parameters from Ecopath for each functional group, including trophic level, habitat area, the biomass in the habitat area, biomass, total mortality, production/biomass ratio, consumption/biomass ratio, ecotrophic efficiency, production/consumption ratio, biomass accumulation, and the biomass accumulation rate.
